International Guest House is open 24
hours. Lounge with Television. Complimentary Breakfast provided in the Dining
Hall between 0700-1000 hours In-house Multi-cuisine Restaurant.
Hot and cold beverages served round the clock. Reservations
are to be made through Telephone / Fax / Letter / E-mail.
Booking will be confirmed only
on receipt of one day's advance by Cash / Demand Draft / Money Order
/ Postal Order favouring "YWCA INTERNATIONAL GUEST HOUSE, New Delhi". Cancelling
- Individual Booking - Cancellation against
confirmed reservation must be notified 48 hours before specified
date for 90% refund of advance. No refund will be made on
shorter notice. Group Booking
- 90% refund will be made on 7 days notice. 50% refund
will be made on 3 days notice. All notifications regarding
cancellations should be in writing along with original receipt.
Balance amount will be paid through cheque. Foreigners & Non-Resident Indians are request to pay only in US Dollars, Indian Rupees & Pound Sterling currency and Travellers Cheques. AMEX Card (American Express) / Master / Visa / Diners Club Credit Cards accepted only against full & final settlement of Bills. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in and Check-out time is 12 noon. Guest checking in before 12 noon or checking out after 12 noon will be charged for an extra day. 24 hours notice is required if checking out before specified date. No refund will be made without prior notice and one day's room rent will be levied. Left Baggage:
Baggage can be stored at the Guest House @ Rs. 10/- per piece per
day, at owners risk. Validity of storage - 6 months only. Laundry:
24 hours service offered by a private reliable laundry service. Vehicle Parking:
